Convenience: You can manage and view your bills online 24/7 from wherever you are.

Get organised: Have a summary of your bills and their due dates in one place.

Choose how you pay: You can still use BPAY if you receive bills online via BPAY View or you can pay your bill using any of the many payment options AGL offers.

Pay on time: Make instant payments with BPAY or schedule payments for a later date.

Be kind to the environment: Cut down on paper usage by choosing to receive your bills online.

Registering for BPAY View is simple

When you register for Internet banking with your financial institution, you're ready to register for receiving bills via BPAY View. Here's what to do:

  • Log onto your financial institution's Internet banking site.
  • Look for the BPAY View or View Bills section.
  • Have your AGL paper bill with you when you register and follow the prompts to supply the required details. (If AGL supply both your electricity and gas, you'll need to complete a registration for each bill separately. It only takes a few minutes to register each bill).
  • Your registration will be confirmed via your Internet banking site or by email within two working days.
  • When your first online bill is available at your Internet banking site, your financial institution will notify you.

For more information and a list of participating financial institutions please visit BPAY's website or contact your financial institution.

Please note: BPAY View is only available to Victorian and South Australian (gas accounts only in SA) customers at present. This service will be available to new and most existing Queensland customers from June 2008. All New South Wales and South Australian (electricity) customers will have access to this service later in the year.
