Michael Fraser

Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of NSW. He is a CPA and a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia. Michael is a Director of the ASX listed Queensland Gas Company Limited (QGC), Chairman of Elgas Limited and a Director of the UnitingCare Ageing Board.

Stephen Mikkelsen
Chief Financial Officer

Stephen holds a Bachelor of Business Studies degree and is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience as a Chief Financial Officer in both the private and public sectors and in particular in the energy sector. His most recent position has been with Snowy Hydro, in the combined role of Chief Financial Officer and Executive Officer Business Development. Stephen is a non executive Director on the Board of Loy Yang Power, one of Australia's largest electricity generators, in which AGL has a 32.5% interest.

Phil James
Group General Manager Retail Energy

Phil holds a post graduate diploma in Marketing and is a Board member of ActewAGL. He was previously Chief Executive of NGC Holdings Limited New Zealand.

Paul McWilliams
Company Secretary

Paul holds at Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Applied Finance Degree from Macquarie University.  He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Emily Kucukalic
Group Head of Brand and External Relations

Emily holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Honours in Marketing from The University of Western Australia. Her most recent position was with EDS as Marketing and Communications Director, Australia and New Zealand. She is currently a member of the New South Wales Premier’s Register for Boards and Committees.

Jane Thomas
Group Head of People & Culture

Jane holds a Bachelor of Business degree with Honours in Industrial Law from The University of South Australia, Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree with Honours from the University of Adelaide, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The Australian National University and a Masters of Organisational Coaching from University of Sydney. She is also a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute. Prior to joining AGL Jane was HR Vice President for PepsiCo Australia and NZ. Jane is a non executive Director on the Board of Loy Yang Power, one of Australia's largest electricity generators, in which AGL has a 32.5% interest.

Jeff Dimery
Group General Manager Merchant Energy

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Business degree from RMIT University and has also completed an executive programme at IMD in Switzerland. Jeff has more than twenty years experience in the energy and water resources industry, having been employed with AGL Energy for the past 13 years.  During this time he has held senior management roles in the areas of Sales, Power Generation and Wholesale Trading. Jeff is also General Manager Victoria.

Mike Moraza
Group General Manager, Gas & Power Development

Mike holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree from the University of NSW and a Master of Business Administration degree from Macquarie University.  Mike is a Director of the ASX listed Queensland Gas Company Limited (QGC) and has held several senior management positions since joining AGL in 1996.

Owen Coppage
Chief Information Officer

Owen is an experienced Senior Executive that has worked across the energy industry, including roles interfacing directly with Residential and Large Industrial customers. He has over 20 years management and operations experience in High Voltage Transmission, Distribution and Hydro-generation. Owen has implemented a range of customer information systems within the energy sector and is currently Program Director for the Phoenix Retail Change Program and CIO.
