
Our values
'Actions, not words' sums up the way AGL does business with all its stakeholders. It's about understanding what it is that we do and why we do it - and not just about knowing what to say.
This brand promise springs from a set of wider values that work as an ethical compass guiding our people in their behaviour and decision-making processes.
To help keep our values top-of-mind, AGL promotes a reward and recognition program called 'Living the Values' which features a $10,000 travel voucher for the Employee of the Year and $5,000 for Team of the Year.
There are five AGL values:
