Working at AGL's Customer Service Centre in Eastwood, Adelaide, Tom joined the company in 2010 as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). With a customer service background, Tom had some dubious perceptions about call centres before joining, however has been pleasantly surprised with his experience at AGL. As a CSR, Tom's role is to resolve customer enquiries which include billing queries, arranging connections and disconnections for customers moving house, and discussing payment plans with customers. Initially attracted by the stability and growth opportunities that a large organisation such as AGL could offer him, Tom now really enjoys the variety of the role - something that he wasn't expecting in a call centre environment.

Tom enjoys the facilities that AGL's Eastwood location offers. The modern building is light and open, featuring a large atrium that opens out onto an outdoor deck with bbq facilities. The cafeteria has a great selection of snacks and lunch fare, not to mention great coffee and chill-out lounge area.
