Working at AGL since 2009, Stephen enjoys his role as Talent Acquisition Manager, based at the company's corporate head office in North Sydney. Stephen is responsible for developing a comprehensive recruitment strategy for AGL, part of which is distilling and then promoting AGL's unique employee value proposition - that is, compelling reasons to join! Stephen's goal is to position AGL to prospective candidates as an 'employer of choice', while attracting the most suitable talent for the company.
