The Customer Services team is a business unit within AGL's Retail Energy Group. The group is responsible for the retail of natural gas, electricity and energy-related products and services to approximately four million residential and small business customer accounts throughout Australia.
 
Our Retail employees are located at our offices in Eastwood in SA, Canberra, North Sydney and Spencer Sreet in Melbourne.

This group is led by Ken Hodgson, Group General Manager Retail Energy.
