Terms for Market Contracts
If you accept a specific offer (energy plan) with AGL, then you will have a Market Contract. Your tariff and the terms and conditions may be different to AGL's Deemed and Standing Contracts. The Market Contract will also set out the terms and conditions and the period of the contract.
